Distribution, containment and power for live sites and working buildings

Commercial & Industrial Electrical Installations

Commercial and industrial sites are where most of our week goes. Packaged substations and feeder pillars set on their bases, sub-mains pulled in and terminated, switch rooms built out, containment run and lighting installed: we take on the whole electrical package rather than one slice of it.

Sites like these run to a programme and get inspected by people who know exactly what good looks like. That means tray and ladder set out straight, cores identified, every way on a board labelled and a full set of test results at handover. We plan the work around your trading hours or the main contractor's schedule, so the building or the site keeps running.

Commercial questions, answered

How much does commercial electrical work cost?

In Birmingham, a small office or unit fit-out often costs around £2,000 to £6,000. A new three-phase supply or a big board upgrade can be £10,000 or more. These are typical UK ranges, not our price list. We always give you one fixed price in writing before we start.

Can you work around our opening hours?

Yes. Plenty of our work is done early, late or at weekends so a site or a building can keep operating. Tell us your quiet window and we will build the programme around it.

Do you work for main contractors?

Regularly. We price off drawings, work to a programme, attend site meetings and hand over a full certificate pack, so there is nothing left for the site manager to chase.

Do you do three-phase and LV distribution work?

It is most of what we do. Three-phase boards, sub-mains, feeder pillars, packaged substations and the cabling between them are day-to-day work for us.
