Shirley gives us both halves of the business in one town. Blythe Valley Park out at junction 4 of the M42 is offices and units that need distribution, containment, lighting and testing keeping current, and the retail along the Stratford Road brings shopfits and maintenance work with it.
The housing is newer than most of our patch. Monkspath and Dickens Heath went up from the 1980s onwards and Parkgate reshaped the town centre, so instead of rewires the usual ask here is car chargers, garden room supplies, extra circuits for a converted garage and safety reports on the older interwar houses closer to Hall Green.
